Following an early morning site check and a review of current conditions, school is open today as normal.
Breakfast club is running as usual and staffing levels allow us to operate safely. We will continue to monitor conditions throughout the day.
Please take extra care on your journey to school and when moving around the school site, as some surfaces may still be slippery.

❄️ School Closure Procedure ❄️
With the forecast for potential heavy snow this evening and overnight, we want to remind you all that any decision to close the school will be communicated to parents and carers via email at the earliest opportunity. We aim for a decision to be made and communicated between 7am-7.30am. We will also post an update on our Facebook page. This would be the same process for other emergency closures such as utility failure.
We recognise that the decision to close the school in an emergency has an impact on parents and carers, however we will make a decision in the best interests of everyone's health and safety and staff to pupil ratios.

After years of the children asking for a school pet, we were very excited to introduce Winnie the tortoise to everyone this morning! We can’t wait to learn more about how to take care of her 🐢🌟

Happy New Year everyone 🎉 We are so looking forward to welcoming our children back to school tomorrow 😊
We have had an unexpected heating issue over the holidays which means some areas of the school are a little colder than usual. Engineers will be on site first thing and portable heaters are in place. An extra warm layer for children in affected classes would be really appreciated (please check your emails for more details) 🧥
Paths have been gritted, so please keep to the gritted areas and avoid fixed play equipment as it may be slippery ❄️
A slightly chilly start to the new term will not stop us learning, smiling and having a great first day back 📚✨ Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We will keep you updated.
